Speed & Agility (Mondays 6-7PM)
Our speed and agility classes are offered two times a week by two of our next level trainers. Whether its Elliott Hawkins, Missouri Valley College football standout or Eric Waters, former Pittsburg Steelers lineman, both offer sport specific and non sport specific trainings which work to increase leg speed, drive, and overall body function and turn around time. Through a number of different workouts and drills our trainers will help you to improve lateral movement and hip mobility making you more agile and increasing your flexibility. Choose a trainer and a day that’s right for you and come let us help you get faster.
